End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 8 June 2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User", "you", or "your") and EaMo ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), regarding your use of the EaMo website, platform, and related tools and services (collectively, the "Software").

1. License Grant

EaMo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform and services for personal or internal business use, subject to this EULA.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree that you will not:

Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform or its code
Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
Use automated scripts, bots, or data scraping methods
Create fake accounts or attempt to exploit cashback/referral systems

3. Ownership

All intellectual property, including software, trademarks, logos, content, and code, is the property of EaMo or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. User Data & Privacy

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using EaMo, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

You breach any term of this Agreement
You engage in abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity

Upon termination, your right to use EaMo ceases immediately, and you must stop using the platform.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

EaMo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

That the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
That cashback/referral earnings will be guaranteed or accurate
That affiliate tracking will always function flawlessly due to third-party limitations

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EaMo shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, earnings, profits, or business opportunities
Any issues arising from third-party affiliate partners

8. Updates and Changes

EaMo may update or modify this EULA at any time. Continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gwalior.
