Welcome to EaMo ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our affiliate cashback platform and services ("Platform" or "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using EaMo, you consent to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any supplemental policies. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after such changes implies your acceptance.

2. Nature of Services

EaMo is a facilitator platform providing affiliate links to our retail partners.

3. Eligibility & Registration

You may use EaMo only if:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You provide accurate and current information at the time of registration
• You maintain the security of your account and accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Cashback & Referral Program

4.1 Creating Links & Earning Cashback

• You can create affiliate product links using EaMo's tools
• Cashback is credited to your account after the partner confirms the purchase
• Cashback is subject to the partner store's return, cancellation, and tracking policy
• EaMo provides up to 10% of the confirmed cashback generated from referral users

4.2 Referral Earnings

• You may invite others using your referral link
• You will earn a 10% referral bonus on your referrals' confirmed cashback

4.3 Cashback Confirmation Timelines

Cashback may take up to 90 days to be marked as "Confirmed".

5. Payouts & Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal threshold: Rs.100
• Payouts are processed via UPI or bank transfer
• Processing time: 3–7 business days
• Users must enter correct payment details. EaMo is not responsible for payments to incorrect or outdated accounts

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use bots, automation, or scripts to generate activity
• Post misleading or offensive content
• Share links through unauthorized paid ads or impersonate EaMo or its partners
• Engage in fraudulent purchases, self-referrals, or spam marketing

Violations can result in account suspension or permanent ban, and forfeiture of earnings.

7. Disclaimer of Responsibility

EaMo is not liable for:

• Transactions made between you and third-party retailers
• Any cashback rejected by retailers
• Any delay or failure in payout due to partner actions or technical issues

8. Platform Access

While we strive for 24/7 uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability due to technical or maintenance issues.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and features of EaMo—including its name, logo, tools, and website layout—are owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, distribute, or use them without our written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes your agreement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India. All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in Gwalior Courts.
