This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to cashback earnings, referrals, and withdrawals on the EaMo platform. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Earning Cashback

Cashback is earned when you make a valid purchase with one of our partner retailers through a tracked affiliate link generated by EaMo.

• Pending Status: Immediately after a transaction, your cashback will appear as "Pending" in your EaMo account.
• Confirmation Period: Cashback is confirmed by our retail partners only after their return and exchange period is over. This process can take between 60 to 90 days from the transaction date.
• Confirmed Status: Once the retailer validates the purchase and confirms that no items were returned or canceled, the cashback status will change to "Confirmed" and will be available for withdrawal.

Once you meet the minimum withdrawal threshold, you can request a payout of your confirmed earnings.

• Payment Methods: We process all payments directly to your designated bank account via UPI (Unified Payments Interface) or Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS).
• Processing Time: After you submit a withdrawal request, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the amount to be credited to your account.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information (UPI ID or Bank Account Details). EaMo is not liable for any payments sent to an incorrect account due to user error.

4. Rejected or Canceled Earnings

Cashback may be canceled or rejected by a retail partner for several reasons, including but not limited to:

• The order was fully or partially canceled.
• The product was returned or exchanged.
• The purchase was deemed fraudulent or in violation of the retailer's terms.
• The affiliate link was not used correctly, or tracking was interrupted.

EaMo is not responsible for cashback that is rejected by our partners and reserves the right to cancel any pending cashback for the reasons mentioned above.

5. Fees and Taxes

EaMo does not charge any fees for processing your payments. However, you are responsible for any and all applicable taxes on the income you earn through our platform. It is your responsibility to report your earnings in accordance with local laws and regulations.
