At EaMo, we take spam seriously. We are committed to maintaining a clean, ethical, and respectful environment for all our users, partners, and the broader internet community. This Anti-Spam Policy outlines what constitutes spam and how we prevent and address it on our platform.
What is Spam?
Spam includes, but is not limited to:
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages (email, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.)
- Posting repetitive or irrelevant promotional content on public forums, comments, or groups
- Using fake accounts or bots to promote affiliate links
- Misleading users with false claims or clickbait related to offers
- Promoting affiliate links where it is prohibited by terms (e.g., paid ads pretending to be EaMo)
Our Anti-Spam Rules
All EaMo users must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Do not send unsolicited affiliate links to people or groups without permission
- Do not promote EaMo links or referral codes using misleading, fake, or deceptive information
- Do not use automated systems or bots to distribute content, register fake users, or generate artificial traffic
- Respect platform-specific rules — for example, do not promote links in comment sections or groups where it is not allowed
- No impersonation of EaMo or its official channels is allowed
Consequences of Violating This Policy
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Suspension or termination of your EaMo account
- Reversal or forfeiture of cashback and referral earnings
- Reporting of your activity to messaging/email platforms or law enforcement (if necessary)
EaMo reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary to maintain platform integrity.
How We Detect and Prevent Spam
- We monitor usage patterns and investigate suspicious activity
- We may temporarily freeze accounts under review for spam behavior
- We encourage users to report any misuse at support@eamo.in
