User Agreement

Welcome to EaMo ("Company", "we", "our"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of our website and services. By registering with or using EaMo, you agree to be legally bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EaMo, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this Agreement
• You are at least 18 years old
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and our platform rules

If you do not agree with this Agreement, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

EaMo provides affiliate links and cashback opportunities from third-party retailers. When you shop using our links, we may earn a commission, a portion of which is shared with you as cashback.

3. User Account Responsibilities

When you register for an account, you agree to:

• Provide true, current, and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Earnings and Cashback

• Cashback earnings are subject to approval by the affiliate partners
• Only purchases made through your tracked affiliate links will be eligible
• Cashback is credited once it is confirmed (may take up to 90 days)
• EaMo reserves the right to reject or adjust cashback in case of order cancellations, fraud, or tracking failures

5. Referral Program

• You may earn referral income when your referrals shop via EaMo
• EaMo may cap or modify referral rates at its sole discretion
• Referral misuse (like self-referrals, fake accounts, etc.) may result in account suspension

6. Payment Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs.100
• Payments are processed via UPI or bank transfer
• EaMo is not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect payment details provided by the user

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to generate activity
• Promote fake offers or mislead users
• Post your affiliate links in prohibited channels (e.g., paid ads impersonating EaMo)
• Violate intellectual property or applicable laws

Violation of these rules may result in:

• Suspension or termination of your account
• Forfeiture of your earnings

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• EaMo is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from your use of our platform
• We do not guarantee earnings or uptime

9. Modifications

We may update this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform implies your agreement to the new terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe:

• You have violated this Agreement or applicable laws
• Your account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or misuse

You may also request to close your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gwalior.
