You can initiate the account deletion process directly from the EaMo app.
Following deactivation, we do not delete your data immediately. This is a necessary security measure.
Your account data is securely stored in a deactivated state for a period of 180 days. After 180 days, your account and all associated data are **permanently and irreversibly deleted** from our systems.
We retain this data for this limited period to handle any pending cashback confirmations, resolve payment disputes, and for security and fraud prevention purposes.
If you change your mind, you can restore your account **only within the 180-day deactivation period**.
To restore your account, please send an email to support@eamo.in from your registered email address. You must include your **User ID** in the email so we can verify your identity. Our support team will guide you through the reactivation process.
