Account Deletion

At EaMo, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains what information we store and how you can permanently delete your account and associated data.

What Data We Store

To provide our services, we collect and store information related to your identity and your activity on the platform. This data is categorized as follows:

1. Your Personal Data

This is the information you provide to us directly to create and manage your account.

  • Your Name
  • Email Address and Phone Number
  • Payment details for withdrawals (such as UPI ID or Bank Account information)

2. Data Generated by Your Activity

This is the information generated as you use the EaMo platform.

  • Affiliate links you create
  • Records of clicks and transactions made through your links
  • Your cashback earnings and withdrawal history
  • Information about users you have referred to the platform

How to Delete Your Account

You can initiate the account deletion process directly from the EaMo app.

  1. Open the EaMo app on your device.
  2. Go to 'Profile' or 'Account Settings'.
  3. Scroll down and tap on About App.
  4. Select Close Account.
  5. Confirm your decision when prompted.
  6. Once confirmed, your account will be immediately deactivated. You will be logged out and will no longer be able to access your account.

Data Retention and Permanent Deletion

Following deactivation, we do not delete your data immediately. This is a necessary security measure.

Your account data is securely stored in a deactivated state for a period of 180 days. After 180 days, your account and all associated data are **permanently and irreversibly deleted** from our systems.

We retain this data for this limited period to handle any pending cashback confirmations, resolve payment disputes, and for security and fraud prevention purposes.

How to Restore a Deactivated Account

If you change your mind, you can restore your account **only within the 180-day deactivation period**.

To restore your account, please send an email to support@eamo.in from your registered email address. You must include your **User ID** in the email so we can verify your identity. Our support team will guide you through the reactivation process.
